Data Transfer
Most customers will already be using some form of payroll, billing and accounting software. In order to move onto Opera 3 Recruitment some data will need to be transferred from your existing software systems and imported into Opera 3 Recruitment.
The amount of data you need to be transferred from you existing software systems would usually include some or all of the following:
- Sales Ledger open items
- Purchase Ledger open items
- Payroll year to date information (if transferring mid way through a payroll year)
At the simplest level we can transfer over your sales ledger and / or purchase ledger into Opera 3 Recruitment so that you can manage your customers and suppliers all from one place.
If you are transferring mid year and need all of your payroll data transferred across to Opera 3 Recruitment then this can also be achieved. The complexity of such a transfer will largely depend upon how easy it is to get the information out of your existing systems.
