Other Front Office Software Integrating with other front office providers is relatively straight forward. Essentially an export report needs to be written which, when run, contains all the relevant data from active placements within your front office software. This export report is then used to 'drive' data into the middle and back office software components and is a major key to the efficient processing achieved by the 'total recruitment solution'.

InTime's Online Timesheets is a web based timesheet management product that sits 'inbetween' your front office recruitment software and Opera II Recruitment's backoffice 'pay & bill' and accounting software. InTime Timesheets provides an excellent tool for collecting timesheet data quickly, efficiently and with minimal effort. When correctly configured the InTime Timesheets database can be automatically populated with all of your current temporary placements from your front office software. Once InTime Timesheets is 'armed' with this information it automatically takes care of the rest of the process for you. All relevant user groups receive a password protected logon via email.
Temporary workers can complete and submit their timesheets online, client managers can then approve submitted timesheets online and back office staff can download approved timesheets for onward processing by Opera II Recruitment.

Cambridge Recruitment Software Solutions have developed a comprehensive range of functionality that sits within Pegasus Opera II and which performs a selection of features specifically tailored for the recruitment industry. These features are continuously evolving as a result of a combination of client feedback, specific client requirements and government legislation.
The result is a product called 'Opera II Recruitment' which is exclusive to Cambridge Recruitment Software Solutions.
We partner with CODAP Services Ltd who are a 'Premier' Pegasus Partner and Developer. CODAP Services supplies Opera II software and new software updates to all of our customers and provide a full backup support service.
