Once we reviewed what Cambridge Recruitment Software Solutions were offering we didn't hesitate in upgrading our system to Opera II Recruitment. We payroll well over 1000 temporary workers each week and need efficient and reliable systems. We also require comprehensive management reporting capabilities on a divisional and consultant level. By integrating our front office software with Opera II Recruitment, our productivity leapt considerably, allowing us to reduce the time and effort involved with payrolling and billing, whilst at the same time, providing the detailed management reporting we require.

One feature I particularly like is the ability to be able to generate 'VAT efficient' invoices, where VAT is calculated on the margin element only. Some of our clients require VAT efficient invoicing. This used to be a time consuming manual process, but now it's all done by Opera II Recruitment automatically, along with the rest of our client billing.

Cambridge Recruitment Software Solutions obviously understood our business well and gave us great confidence in the whole upgrade process. They project managed the integration of our Bond Adapt front office recruitment software with Opera II Recruitment and did an excellent job in the process.

We originally used an outsourced provider for 'Pay & Bill' services and a local firm of accountants to produce our monthly management accounts. There was a lot of form filling involved with this system and no economies of scale. Since then we have never looked back; we can now process all of our permanent and temporary placement transactions each week with ease. Opera II Recruitment provides us with up to date management information so that we can see exactly from which clients and consultants our business is being generated. This improved management information has helped us manage and grow our business. As a result we have recently opened up a new Peterborough office with multiple divisions and new consultants; our new systems coped seamlessly.

We were using a variety of different pieces of software and systems that had evolved over a number of years. However, these systems had become increasingly cumbersome, rigid and time consuming. As we wanted to expand and develop our business, we needed to wipe the slate clean and re-think our entire front to back office recruitment process.

The level of service and understanding of our business needs was excellent. The back office solution provided by Anderson Consulting has substantially reduced the processing effort, reduced errors and made the whole process of paying candidates and billing customers much simpler, more efficient and far more flexible. We now have plenty of spare capacity which will allow us to process far higher volumes of placements in the future. We also have detailed management information available to us almost instantaneously and the ability to drill down in our management accounts back to the source transactions.
