We payroll well over 1000 temporary workers each week and need efficient and reliable systems. We also require comprehensive management reporting capabilities on a divisional and consultant level. By integrating our front office software with Opera II Recruitment, our productivity leapt considerably, allowing us to reduce the time and effort involved with payrolling and billing, whilst at the same time, providing the detailed management reporting we require.
One feature I particularly like is the ability to be able to generate 'VAT efficient' invoices, where VAT is calculated on the margin element only. Some of our clients require VAT efficient invoicing. This used to be a time consuming manual process, but now it's all done by Opera II Recruitment automatically, along with the rest of our client billing.
