The driving force behind Cambridge Recruitment Software Solutions is simple; a desire to simplify and automate as much of the front to back office recruitment process as possible. We achieve this by integrating our back office product 'Opera II Recruitment' with your front office recruitment database (and optionally online time sheets) thus creating a ‘total recruitment solution’ capable of processing high volumes of permanent and temporary placements with the minimum of effort and maximum efficiency.

Jeffrey gained an Engineering Degree from Manchester in 1988 and went on to qualify as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young in 1993. Since then Jeffrey has worked in a number of organisations including retail, technology and recruitment. Having headed up the finance department of a large independent recruitment business since 2001 and having more recently worked as an independent consultant, designing and implementing back office recruitment solutions, Jeffrey decided to form a company to concentrate on just that; offering quality back office recruitment solutions and services to recruitment businesses.

James is a Chartered Accountant with more than twenty years experience of Pegasus accounting software products. James owns and runs CODAP Services Ltd a business specialising in selling and supporting Pegasus accounting software products.
